Prospects Hockey Academy Expands Educational Staff with Tommy Bruce

After wrapping up its inaugural school year, the Prospects Hockey Academy (PHA) has continued to build on its success by looking for opportunities that give students the best possible experience, expertise, and support. “We’re putting a lot of focus and effort on building the best educational platform for our students, giving them the resources they need for academic success,” says JP Beilsten (Director for PHA). Bringing in more experienced and certified educators is something PHA prides itself on, so it’s no surprise that the addition of Tommy Bruce, who has a B.A. in English Education and an M.A. in School Counseling, along with 15 years of experience teaching in the St. Louis Public School System to the PHA family aligns to the academy’s strategy for establishing the best-in-class educational model.

“I couldn’t be more excited about this opportunity,” says Tommy. “I really believe in what PHA is doing and I think it’s a refreshing evolutionary option to the traditional school system model,” Tommy continued. PHA is proud to have Tommy as part of its educational staff for the upcoming school year and is looking forward to its growing base of students for the 2024-25 school year.
